About me
Monica supports customers adopting open source and hybrid cloud to drive digital transformation and compliant infrastructure. She has held senior roles at organizations including Nationwide, Barclays, Coutts, and Deutsche Bank, leading global regulatory and transformation initiatives such as MiFID II, PSD2, and GDPR. Outside work, she mentors women and girls and leads Red Hat’s Women Leadership Community.
