About me
Pete has over 15 years of operational engineering experience from UBS in Engineering and Architecture roles, later becoming CTO for Software Engineering. Before joining NatWest, he was a Principal Architect and Distinguished Engineer at Deutsche Bank. He lives in Northamptonshire with his wife and three children and is passionate about XP/Lean Engineering, coaching teams and improving solution architecture within Agile environments.
